The Dwarven Oligarchy was formed in 13072. Its establishment by Dwarven refugees within territories claimed by the Goblin Republic sparked a war that was to last decades and contribute to the fall of the Goblin Republic and the rise of the Goblin Empire. Relations between the Dwarven Oligarchy and the Goblin Empire have often been contentious. The Oligarchy currently acknowledges the nominal suzerainty of the Grand Goblin.
